Just a few days after The Last Dance documentary aired it’s tenth and final episode we had the death of Hall of Fame NBA head coach Jerry Sloan.  If you don’t keep up with the NBA (like me) then you need to know a few things about the timing of Sloan’s death and this documentary.  The Last Dance miniseries revolves around the career of Michael Jordan, with particular focus on his last season with the Chicago Bulls.  Jordan’s last two NBA championships were won against the Utah Jazz.  Wanna take a guess at who the head coach for the Jazz in those two championship games?  None other than Jerry Sloan.  The Sloan/Bulls connection is deep and I’ll illustrate that to you with some numerology.  Sloan played in the NBA from 1965 to 1976, with all but his first year spent with the Chicago Bulls.  Nicknamed “the Original Bull”, Sloan was a two-time NBA All-Star and the first player to have his number retired by the Bulls.

We are about to connect the numerology surrounding Jerry Sloan and Michael Jordan.  What better place to start than with the 666/999 sequences?  Let’s begin by looking at some human sacrifice.

On 23 July 1993, Michael Jordan’s father, James R. Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant is among one of the people killed in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California on 26 January 2020. This shocking and devastating news of Kobe’s helicopter crash comes one day after Kobe Bryant was passed by Lakers forward LeBron James for third place on the NBA’s all-time scoring list. LeBron James passed Kobe’s record during the Lakers 108-91 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers. This is important because Kobe Byrant was born in Philadelphia. James inscribed his sneakers with “Mamba 4 Life” and “8/24 KB” in gold marker before the game, showing respect for Bryant, an 18-time All-Star with the Lakers who is eligible for the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2021.

5th Ward Weebie (19 February 1978 – 9 January 2020), a pioneer of New Orleans bounce music, died of a heart attack the week before the Louisiana State University Tigers won the 2020 national championship. Weebie, real name Jerome Cosey, was hospitalized for a ruptured artery, underwent surgery and died of related complications while still in the hospital. Nine days after Weebie’s death there was the death of Cajun Beat (26 March 2000 – 18 January 2020), an American Thoroughbred racehorse best known for winning the 25 October 2003 Breeders’ Cup Sprint at 25-1.

In a nine day period we had some interesting events happen with a similar Louisiana or Cajun theme. So this post will illustrate the numerical synchronicity between 5th Ward Weebie and Cajun Beat along with some other events. I’ll continue documenting the 666/999 code that just seems to dominate all of the other number sequences.
